We verify catalog data against manufacturer specifications and provide compatibility guidance using the vehicle details you share with us.

Secure transactions

All payments are processed through PCI-compliant providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Professional support

Certified technicians handle every fitment inquiry. When you book workshop time through us, you get documented diagnostics and torque specs.

Your responsibilities

  • Provide accurate account, shipping, and vehicle information to ensure correct components and timely delivery.
  • Use parts responsibly and consult qualified technicians when performing performance-critical installations.
  • Respect intellectual property. Product imagery, documentation, and software tools remain the property of R Motorparts and our partners.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account so we can secure it.

Limitations of liability

  • Track use and motorsport applications can place extreme loads on components. We cannot guarantee outcomes when parts operate outside OEM tolerances.
  • Installation performed by third parties outside our certified network may void warranties supplied by manufacturers.
  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages resulting from misuse, improper installation, or ignored maintenance schedules.

Nothing in these terms affects statutory rights under Kenyan consumer law. For warranty information on specific brands please refer to the documentation shipped with your part or email warranty@rmotorparts.com.

Changes to these terms

When regulations shift, supplier policies evolve, or we launch new services we may update these terms. We will notify registered users via email and post the revision date at the top of this page. Continued use of our platform after updates indicates acceptance.
