These terms govern how you use R Motorparts, order components, and access our technical services. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to the conditions below. Please review them carefully.

1. Agreement & eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and R Motorparts ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing rmotorparts.com, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. By using the site you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the site or place an order.

2. Your account

When you create an account, you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Choose a strong, unique password and do not share it with anyone.
You must provide accurate account, shipping, and vehicle information so we can supply the correct components and deliver them reliably. Update your details whenever they change.
Notify us immediately at support@rmotorparts.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account so we can help secure it. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or are used for fraudulent activity.

3. Orders, pricing & payment

All product prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless stated otherwise. We take reasonable care to keep catalog data accurate, but errors in pricing, descriptions, or availability can occur. If an item is priced incorrectly, we may contact you before fulfilment and cancel the affected order with a full refund.
Placing an item in your cart does not reserve it. An order is created when you complete checkout and submit payment, and we confirm receipt by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or payment verification failures.
Payments are processed securely by Paystack using card or mobile money (for example M-Pesa). We do not store full card numbers on our servers. By submitting payment you authorize the charge for the total shown at checkout, including any applicable delivery fee.
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your jurisdiction on your order.

4. Delivery & risk

Standard delivery is free and typically takes 2-4 business days. Express delivery costs KES 1,500 and typically takes 1-2 business days. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary due to location, stock, or carrier conditions.
Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier. Please inspect your delivery on arrival and report any damage or missing items to us within 48 hours so we can help resolve it.

5. Returns, refunds & warranties

If a part is incorrect, arrives damaged, or is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@rmotorparts.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a return or replacement in line with applicable consumer law.
Parts must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all included documentation unless the item was faulty at delivery. Custom-ordered, fitted, or safety-critical components may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Processing can take up to 7 business days.
Manufacturer warranties apply as documented by the brand. Installation by third parties outside our certified network, misuse, or operation outside OEM tolerances (for example in track or motorsport applications) may void those warranties. For warranty questions, email warranty@rmotorparts.com.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to access other users' accounts, interfering with site operation, scraping data at scale, submitting false information, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
You must not resell, misrepresent, or fraudulently obtain parts, services, or discounts. We cooperate with payment providers and law enforcement on suspected fraud.
Use parts responsibly and consult a qualified technician for performance-critical installations. We provide compatibility guidance based on the vehicle information you share, but you remain responsible for confirming fitment before installation.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including product imagery, documentation, logos, and software tools, remains the property of R Motorparts and our partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.
Brand names and product marks referenced in the catalog belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatible parts.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

We supply parts and information "as available" and make reasonable efforts to keep the site accurate and secure, but we do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that catalog data is exhaustive.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from misuse, improper installation, ignored maintenance schedules, or use of parts outside OEM tolerances.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law, including your statutory rights under Kenyan consumer law.

9. Disputes & governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from your use of the site or these Terms will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation with our support team.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may refer it to the courts of Kenya, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you hold in your country of residence.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms when regulations shift, supplier policies evolve, or we launch new services. We will notify registered users by email and post the revised date at the top of this page.
Continued use of the platform after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
